Popis: | This paper realizes a fractional-order element (FOE) with the design approaches of approximation for the desired range of frequencies. The realization of the arrangement of resistor and capacitor (RC) network topologies and different materials based hardware realization of the fractional-order element has been studied. The Fractional-order materials exhibit dynamic characteristics. The electronic devices fabricated with these materials can allow circuit designs with improved performance. Implementation of the fractional-order element is done in this paper by substitution of constant phase by configuring the RC network-based realization. The performance of FOE is evaluated after finding the values of coefficients. The direct techniques are discussed of a solution, graphene and composite material based realizations for hardware implementations. The fractional element is designed for fractional-order capacitor or fractance. |
