Popis: Dental implants' success is influenced by several variables, including internal fixation, bone density, design of the implant, prosthetics type, loading, oral microbiota, and parafunctional pressures. Several implant designs have been developed to increase primary implant stability, reduce the impact of shear stresses on the interface, and promote bone growth. The effects of four distinct implant collar designs on the two bone characteristics were examined in the current research. The entire osseointegration contact region in the cortical bone and the intricate three-dimensional trabecular bone contact pattern should also be included in the modelling of the bone-implant interface. The study was carried out to determine which implant collar design results in the least amount of crestal bone loss to provide the patient with long-lasting restoration by analysing the stress distribution within two distinct bone densities (D2, D3) using four distinct implant collar designs.
