Popis: This paper proposes a general-purpose industrial alarm design scheme that uses the STC15W402AS high-speed single-chip microcomputer to realize the integration of WS type, WA type and WV type, and does not use the special class D power amplifier chip, The internal resources of the microcontroller are used to generate high-frequency pulses that are in phase, modulated into inverted PWMDI and PWMD2 waveforms, thereby eliminating the LC filter at the output. A variable voltage high-speed pulse driver with working voltage is designed, and a BTL type D power amplifier with simple structure is constructed. When the volume is adjusted, the working voltage is changed, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the PWM modulated signal. If the required output power is different, replace the external field effect transistor (or FET). Therefore, this solution can greatly simplify the circuit, and at the same time reduce the type of product for management and maintenance, and greatly improve the competitiveness of the product.
