Popis: Responses to Holland's Vocatiqnal Preference Inventory (VPJ) and Nevill and Super's Values Scale (VS) by a 20% randomly selected sample (N = 494) of Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC) were grouped according to whether respondents indicated enthusiasm, satisfaction, or dissatisfaction with their occupational status. The sample was stratified proportionately by eight settings that accounted for over 89% of the practicing CRC population (N = 2,472) working in state/federal rehabilitation agency offices, private not-for-profit rehabilitation facilities, private for-profit rehabilitation firms, medical centers/general hospitals, state/federal rehabilitation facilities, mental health centers, mental institutions, and private practice. Data were analyzed using Cronbach's coefficient alpha, analyses of variance, and Scheffe's post hoc multiple comparison tests. Results revealed significant interaction effects between sex, work site, occupational status, and inventory profiles.
