| Popis: | A case of postpartum haemorrhage due to major placenta praevia with a mild degree of accreta and thrombocytopenia is presented. The baby was delivered via emergency caesarean section that was successfully managed by bilateral uterine artery ballooning followed by embolization, which saved the patient's life and preserved her fertility. |
