PREPARATION OF CATALASE CROSS-LINKED ENZYME AGGREGATES ON THE BASE OF VATERITE MATRIX

Popis:	A procedure has been developed for the synthesis of cross-linking aggregates of catalase by treatment with glutaraldehyde incorporated into the pores of the vaterite matrix and subsequent dissolution of the inorganic core. The resulting aggregates have a spherical shape with a narrow particle size distribution and a high specific activity of the enzyme.
