An appraisal of a possibility of closing an operating wound with stepped sanations of the abdominal cavity

Popis:	The results of monitoring of the optical density of the venous blood plasma during preplanned repeated lavage of the abdominal cavity in 32 patients with generalized peritonitis are presented. It has been found out that the parameters of the optical density with continuing peritonitis increase over 0,58 points and decrease if it regresses, and after closing the abdominal cavity hermetically. It is proposed to use this index with determining indications for closing the abdominal cavity.
