Popis: | In this paper, we present a technique for the synthesis of gas sensitive layers based on zinc oxide nanowires sensitized by colloidal AgInS 2 /ZnS nanocrystals. Zinc oxide nanowires were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Layers of ZnO nanowires were placed in an aqueous solution of nanocrystals for 4 hours. Study of gas-sensitive properties of sensitized layers showed a significant increase in their response to isopropanol vapors at room temperature compared to zinc oxide nanowires. |
