Popis: | A method for measuring the precise geometric shape of a flexible elastic ring of a damper of a gas-turbine engine bearing is described. The ring stiffness is estimated analytically with account for the real measured geometry. A comparison with the experimental data is carried out. The recommendations on the numerical model with a real press fit of a flexible ring in the bearing are provided. |
