Popis: | A model for excited state formation for atoms and ions emitted from clean and covered metal surfaces is proposed. The model is based on the principles of electron capture and loss competitive processes. The angular and energy distributions were calculated in the framework of this model. The obtained characteristics were compared with the experimental data. A sufficient qualitative agreement is achieved for a wide set of distributions measured under quite different experimental conditions. |
