The topic of the final qualifying work: "Design of a recreational promenade in the residential complex "Parkolovo" with the development of a children's play pavilion"The purpose of the study is to develop the design of a park and recreation area and a functional object on its territory (a children's play pavilion). Tasks solved in the course of the study:1. Analyze existing projects of a similar nature, identify current trends in the design of the park environment2. Identify problems in the organization of the space of the park environment3. To develop a design of a park and recreation area and a functional object on its territory (a children's play pavilion)The subject of the study is the creation of a recreational promenade area in the residential complex «Parkolovo» for visitors' recreation, as well as the organization of a children's play pavilion. To achieve this goal, a comparative analysis and critical evaluation of existing developments and solutions in the subject area were carried out.This project presents a design concept for the creation of a recreational park area with the development of a children's play pavilion, and the implementation of a promenade on the territory of the residential complex «Parkolovo». In this project, a study of analogues of the presented topic was conducted, and the situation on the territory of this site was also studied. A design solutions has been developed which takes into consideration the peculiarities of the park's location and the needs of residents of nearby neighborhoods. |
