Popis:	The paper is the second part of the research. The main notion introduced in the first part is a structure of partial erasure. The second part is devoted to construction of a protocol for transmitting information via a channel specified by such structure. We formulate the mathematical model of the protocol, give an explicit example of implementation and estimate throughput of this example.
