Popis: Project Portfolio Maturity Models is a structured way for conducting business in the development of skills in managing their project portfolios, which comes against the companies need to realize their strategies through a set of projects. The main goal of a maturity model is to allow the organization to evaluate its capabilities and to compare with the best practices available in the market identifying its strengths and weaknesses and plotting a plan of action for improvement. Based on this context, the aim of this study is, through comparative analysis using the adapted framework of Tjie Jau - Man (2007), discuss the characteristics , similarities and differences among maturity models in portfolio management: OLMM , OPM3 , P3M3 and Gartner PPM. The study results showed that the models studied can be categorized into two major groups: (1) the maturity models based on capabilities: OLMM and OPM3, and (2) models progressive maturity: P3M3 and Gartner PPM. As additional contribution the article shows the perspectives related to the maturity on project portfolio management.
