| Popis: | This paper presents some end to end measurements of multimedia services carried out in the frame of LTExtreme project. We provide some understanding of the main parameters and the role of the different protocol layers in the achievement of the desired Quality of Experience (QoE). The trade-offs related to the adaptation algorithms that have been tested in a demonstrator are discussed, showing that adaptation may decrease the video delay at the expenses of decreasing also the efficiency and stability. |
