Popis:	The main problems affecting the agricultural sector in Spain and the European Union on the food chain are analyzed. It is considered the harmful consequences of poor bargaining power in the market that farmers have. In order to mitigate such effects and consequences that distort the overall agricultural sector, the main objectives to be achieved and measures to be implemented from the point of view of the law in force are studied.
