Popis:	To interpret the volume changes, A V, produced by the interaction of Zn(I1) with proteins the values for the δ V of coordination of Zn(I1) with the specific ligands must be known. This consideration provided the impetus for determining the δV for the formation of 1 : 1 Zn(I1): poly-functional acid complexes. The data for monocarboxylates are omitted because the reactions do not go to completion.1,2 Water and 8.00 M urea were employed as solvents to establish medium effects.
