Popis: This paper presents a micro-hydropower generation system with local region implementation. The micro-hydropower generation system can be utilized for generating small amount of energy within towns. The generating system is required to be robust, have a simple configuration with a stable output. The authors developed the hanger part of the bridge structure with a twin water wheel test apparatus. This study is carried out by making a bridge structure with the twin water wheel prototype test apparatus using a small size facility. This paper describes the field tests for the generation system with a prototype test apparatus. Furthermore, it describes the local region implementation the purpose was to power agricultural infrastructure.
