| Popis: | In this note, some comments are pointed out to the paper Zhou (2019). As fractional calculus is of memory property and relevant to initial condition, the initial value is a necessary condition of Lemma 2 in this paper. It is also confirmed that the proof process and the main conclusion are incorrect. Some examples are taken to verify our analysis. |
