Popis:	The results of surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation performed from Dec, 1986 to July, 1990 were evaluated in 37 patients. (1) The improvenent of JOA score, (2) the return to work and (3) the contents of patients were used for the evaluation.The results were as follows;1: In the postoperative results and the safety, the microscopic operation was better than other operative methods for lumbar disc herniaton.2: The methods of our exercise was effective for lumbago after microscopic surgery.
