Popis:	The article presents the experience of using in clinic practice the histoequivalent-bioplastic material of hyaluronic acid (G-DERM®, Russia) by the complex treatment of a patient with diabetic foot syndrome. Objectification of the wound healing process and the dynamics of morphological changes in the wound was based on computer planimetry in the Wound Analyzer® program (Lohmann & Rauscher, Austria), photo-documenting and calculating the reduction wound area percentage and it’s healing rate.
