Popis: Lentigines are brown macules which represent increased proliferation of melanocytes at the dermo-epidermal junction. We report three cases of acral lentiginosis in children following chemotherapy for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) which have persisted following cessation of chemotherapy, despite avid photoprotection.
