Popis: | The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for and brief description of certain modern approaches, methods and technologies for creating and operating long-range detection radars (LRD radars). A method for managing the creation of LRD radars based on risk models is proposed, which allows to find the optimal set of hardware, functional and software solutions. The possibility and experience of application of the General designer’s stand in the automated control system for the creation of LRD radars is shown. A variant of building a complex of automated information and logistics support for operation is proposed. A method and algorithm for calculating indicators of adaptive maintenance regulations have been developed. The experience of the application of new methods and technologies in the creation and operation of radars of the Vorkuta project is presented. Conclusions are drawn about the need to develop the results obtained in order to optimize resources and ensure a long operational state of the information tools of space-rocket defense systems. |
