Popis: | In the last years, science has seen a lot of research on school and professional orientation of adolescents as well as adults. Thus, the school and professional orientation occupies an important place in the contemporary society based on the free market economy, being a complex pedagogical problem and action, accepted by the international forums, which have concerns regarding the education of young generations, the labor force and the specialists. Most young people are influenced by parents in choosing the profession they want to exercise, ignoring the aspirations and skills of their children. Usually what profession parents have the same profession should have their own children. The problem of studying vocational guidance in adolescents is a theoretical and practical interest, as it aims at guiding young people in choosing the right profession in contemporary society. Starting from the assumption that the school and professional orientation is directly dependent on the intrinsic motivation of the student, the purpose of this paper is to determine the conditional and causal factors in choosing the profession in adolescents. |
