Popis: | Tobacco tissue culture ( Nicotiana tabacum var. Wisconsin no. 38) when grown on Murashige and Skoog medium readily develops leafy buds in light but not in darkness. When γ-irradiated, the cultures differentiated in darkness too. Furthermore, the stimulus for differentiation in darkness could be transmitted to non-irradiated cultures by the irradiated medium. |
