Objective: Application spirometry in diagnosis, treatment monitoring COPD, find a correlation between spirometry and CAT. Subjects and Methods: Prospective studies with follow-up, 64COPD patients hospitalized at Hospital of Hue Medical Pharmacy University, patients measured spirometry and CAT after hospitalisation and before discharge, each phase are made brochodilator tests. Results: Spirometry 1st, 2nd, 3rd expresses disorder restrictive ventilation, obstructive ventilation and airflow limitation. Spirometry 4th shown a recover after treatment. Bronchodilator test negative in both times. There was a negative fairly tight and tight correlation between spirometry and CAT. Conclusions: Spirometry help diagnose, differential diagnosis COPD with asthma and monitoring treatment. Correlation between spirometry with CAT help better assess COPD. |
