Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе бÑл пÑоведен анализ ÑезÑлÑÑаÑов меÑаллогÑаÑиÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ÑÑледований обÑазÑов наплавок, Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð¾ÑоÑÑойкоÑÑи и микÑоÑвеÑдоÑÑи, и вÑбÑан маÑеÑиал покÑÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ñ Ð»ÑÑÑими Ñ Ð°ÑакÑеÑиÑÑиками в ÑооÑвеÑÑÑвии Ñо ÑÑандаÑÑом. In this work, studies of the tribotechnical properties of materials of surface coatings were carried out, and the following tasks were solved: 1. To study the effect of the state of the microstructure of the coating material on its wear resistance. 2. Comparison of the frictional characteristics of coating materials obtained by different methods. 3. Reasonable choice of wear-resistant coatings for agricultural machinery parts. The studies were carried out on materials obtained by automatic submerged arc surfacing and manual arc surfacing with covered electrodes. As a result, the analysis of the results of metallographic studies of the surfacing samples, their wear resistance and microhardness was carried out, and select the coating material with the best characteristics of the friction technology in accordance with the standard. |
