Popis: | The current trend in breast cancer treatment is toward breast conservation and selective use of axillary lymph node dissection. Some authors have stated the undesirability of axillary dissection for very small breast cancer (under 0.5 cm), because so few of their patients have lymph node mes every patient was given radiotherapy. All patients remain alive. These results do not justify axillary dissection in Tla breast cancer. |
