Popis:	The article analyzes the stages of treatment for patients with compression-ischemic neuropathy, including after reconstructive surgeries on the lower limbs. There has been discussed the role of the complex preparations of B vitamins, in particular Neurobion, in treatment regimens of these patients, as well as amino acid preparations, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The experience of using Neurobion, Keltican and Xefocam and in 48 patients with symptoms of compression-ischemic neuropathy after femoropopliteal bypass surgery is provided.
