Popis: Statistical distribution functions of clusters of elementary damages are obtained by probabilistic cellular automation modeling of the process of damage accumulation, and their self-similarity when in the intermediate evolutionary stage is revealed. Studying the time dependences of numerical characteristics of the distributions shows that clustering architecture of damages evolves in the same way as the catastrophe-prone non-equilibrium structures.
