Popis: These data were used for the analyses on yearly mass change, yearly skeletal growth, subsequent year fecundity and subsequent year weaning success (Data1) and survival (Data2), in the paper "Forage availability and maternal characteristics affect costs of reproduction in a large marsupial" published in Oecologia (10.1007/s00442-020-04653-5). The script corresponds to the analyses ran in the paper. Data collected in the wild, morphological measurements taken during captures of animals individually identified and followed across multiple years (Data1 and Data2). Individuals for which some values were missing were removed from the initial dataset (Data1 and Data2). Individuals that died of non natural causes were removed from the dataset (Data2). Mass_adjusted corresponds to measured mass, adjusted to median capture date (Data1 and Data2). More details are available in the article.
