Popis: 1. Additional alloying of alloy 70NKhBMYu with tungsten and increasing the chromium content produced new nonmagnetic spring alloys 70NKhBMVYu and 60NKhBMVYu with a high heat resistance and corrosion resistance in media based on concentrated nitric acid. 2. Alloys 70NKhBMVYu and 60NKhBMVYu have a high plasticity (δ=30–42%) after quenching to γ solid solution, which makes it possible to manufacture tape and wire from them and also elastic sensing elements of complex shape. After tempering for 750° for 5 h the alloys have a high strength, and particularly the elastic limit (σ0.005=110−128 kg/mm2), as well as satisfactory relaxation resistance up to 550–600°. 3. The alloys are hardened during tempering due to the decomposition of the supersaturated solid solution with precipitation of finely dispersed phase of the Ni3Nb type with a fcc lattice. 4. Tests of the new alloys as materials for elastic sensing elements of the membrane type indicate that the alloys can be used at operating temperatures up to 550°C.
