Popis: | This paper deals with the mechanical modeling of a micro switch. When the micro switch is actuated, many elements of the mechanism undergo large displacement and rotation. The investigation numerically determines the force required for the displacement of the pushbutton and the hysteresis nature of the on and off process. The force exerted in the spring for the entire process is determined. The simulation dynamically numerically examines the switch snap-through and the resulting prell phenomenon. |
