The article describes the directions of using modern information technologies in the development of electronic educational resources (EER), includes the comparative analysis and also determines the content of the subject "computer graphics" for future bachelors in information technology (IT) and cybersecurity, is describing a model of competency formation for computer graphics considering the requirements of the international system of standards, as well as the proposed basic characteristics of competencies reflecting the educational requirements on mastering modern information technologies of design, infographics, steganography and holography. The foreign and domestic experience of professional training of future bachelors of cyber security is generalized. According to the standards of the Industrial Model of Cybersecurity, competencies in computer graphics of future bachelors of cybersecurity are specified: the ability to provide a process of concealing critical video information in information and communication systems (steganography); the ability to provide processes for holographic protection of information resources in information and communication systems (holography); the ability to design, provide and maintain various classes and types of infographic systems. An approach to the system of competency creation, which sets the boundary for professional and modern perception of the IT industry, is presented. Investigated the modern aspects of training of IT specialists in the conditions of an effective system of professionally oriented training and introduction of a quality management system, informatization of educational processes, determine the theoretical foundations of informational and analytical support of the educational process of preparing future bachelors in cybersecurity. These processes should be based on a single information space and integrated information resources of the educational institution.
