Popis: | This case report demonstrates a residual aorto-caval fistula (ACF) after repair of an ACF secondary to a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. The authors were able to make the diagnosis with the appearance of the classic clinical signs of an ACF. They report the first known treatment of this complication via em bolotherapy utilizing mini and maxi coils introduced through the percutaneous route. |
