Popis: Distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) arthroscopy is an advanced technique, and specialized portals are necessary for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The DRUJ can be conceptualized as a “Box” and can be accessed using two dorsal portals (proximal and distal), one ulnar portal (direct foveal) and two volar portals (volar and distal volar). A thorough knowledge of regional anatomical structures is necessary for safe portal placement. This chapter presents an overview of DRUJ portals and their surgical and arthroscopic anatomical aspects.
