Popis: Fluxes of water from atmosphere to soil, falling as rain, or from soil to atmosphere, rising as evaporated water vapor, are approximately controlled at the pedon scale (≈l m) either by the atmosphere or by the soil. The control may switch suddenly from one to the other, particularly in the case of bare soil.
