Using 2-(tert-butyldiphenylsiloxymethyl)-benzoyl as the base protecting group, fully protected oligodeoxynucleotides can be obtained after ammonia-saturated methanol cleavage. A wide-pore reverse-phase C-8 chro-matography column was suitable for the purification of the desired product. |
