The article is devoted to the analysis of problems related to the assessment of socio-economic efficiency of socially significant transport projects, using the example of high-speed highways. Using the model apparatus developed by the authors, the main factors determining the internal and external flows of the project and their possible impact on the final value of the efficiency criterion are investigated. The main errors of calculations of socio-economic efficiency are described, which, according to the authors, are associated with insufficiently justified selection of these factors, on the one hand, and incorrect calculations of their impact on the project parameters, on the other. |
