Popis: | This study aims to reduce the size of a chopper applied to photovoltaic strings. For high frequency switching operation with SiC-MOSFETs, an interleaved topology is applied to the converter to reduce switching losses and inductor and capacitor sizes. High speed zero-current detection is essential for achieving soft switching during turn-on period. Here, a zero-current detection circuit is proposed, and experimental results show high efficiency converter operation using the detection circuit. |
