Popis: | This research was designed to compare the instructional leadership style of public and private school heads for quality learning. The research was descriptive in nature, and the mixed methods approach was used to conduct this study. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire and an interview from a sample was 200 teachers and 20 school heads, respectively. It was concluded that the instructional leadership styles of both public and private school heads played a positive role in promoting a healthy learning culture among teachers and students. Some of the key responsibilities of school heads are to work as curriculum manager, effective planner, motivator and promoter of quality education. The findings of this may be helpful to the educational planners and school heads to have a clear understanding of the actions to be taken for improving the quality of education. |
