Popis: | A novel deformable mirror ( DM ) with multi-reflection waveguide is proposed in this paper, where the input aberration can be well corrected by series of DM units that are driven by a single actuator. Without consideration of the interval size, actuator arrangement of high resolution can be achieved in the waveguide. The design brings about flexibility for each DM unit to realize alterable influence functions, better correction results can be obtained when the DM units with different influence functions work together. |
