| Popis: | SUMMARY A case of clivus chordoma with brainstem invasion in a 12-year-old girl is reported, together with a review of the radiology of cranial chordomas. The role of tomography, angiography and pneumoencephalography is discussed and their importance in diagnostic evaluation emphasised. The unusual findings of reactive bone sclerosis of the clivus in chordoma and of brainstem invasion at the time of presentation are reported. |
