Popis:	In this paper is presented the change request management approach of a web-based application which represents an online marketplace for local producers. Nowadays, for all type of businesses, working both offline and online is a must. In digitalization era, the fast development of a compact online marketplace platform involves both a well-established project plan and change management control system.
