This work is devoted to the evaluation of the company's entry strategy into the international market. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. To study the theoretical aspects of the company's exit strategies - to the international market. 2. Give the organizational and economic characteristics of the FAW company. 3. To conduct a strategic analysis of FAW's activities in the international market; 4. Evaluate the implementation of the FAW company's entry strategy into the international market; 5. Develop measures to improve the formation of the FAW company's exit strategy to the international market and present their economic justification. The work was carried out on the example of the FAW company, where a significant part of the factual material was collected on the basis of statistical, accounting documents and own observations and expert assessments. Based on them, a strategic analysis of the FAW company's activities was carried out. Based on the assessment of the implementation of the FAW company's exit strategy to the international market, detailed conclusions and conclusions about the development of the company were made and problems of its functioning were identified. As part of the study, measures to improve the strategy of entering the international market are proposed for FAW. In the current economic conditions, the proposed measures will allow FAW to increase its competitiveness and seize the largest share in the industry market. |
