Popis:	Intracranial dermoid tumours (DTs) consisting of 0.5% of all intracranial tumours are rare benign congenital lesions, which contain dermal elements and sebaceous material within their capsules. Posterior fossa dermoids are more rare, and their imaging characteristic varies according to amount of tissue content. Their unusual location and imaging features may cause difficulties for difference from other posterior fossa lesions. We reported a 3-year-old boy case with posterior fossa dermoid, having atypical magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography (CT) features and contrast enhancement similar to glial tumours.
