Popis: | This work discusses the design of wide band millimeterwave bandpass filter at 60 GHz. The filter is implemented in 0.18-μm CMOS technology. The proposed structure is obtained through the conventional parallel coupled line given by the direct coupled method. Aiming to increase the selectivity and widen the bandwidth while keeping the filter order, the feed line are folded to achieve a bend geometry creating thus transmission zero at lower stopband, and open stub is added to introduce another transmission zero at upper stopband. The final filter shows compact size about 0.95 mm2 and good performance i.e. high selectivity, wide band covering 58–63 GHz, and well return loss better than 25 dB. |
