Popis:	Although arthrotomy permits adequate exposure for the treatment of stifle osteochondritis dissecans in the dog, post- operative recovery periods may be lengthy. This report describes the use of arthroscopy for surgical management of bilateral osteochondritis dissecans in a giant breed dog, resulting in rapid return of full function.
