In the diploma project, an apartment hotel building with 33 floors is being developed, where 30 above-ground floors for 300 rooms and 2 underground floors for parking, the first floor is used for office and rooms of entrance group. As elements of the frame, packed piles with a diameter of 800 mm and a length of 33 mm, a foundation plate with a thickness of 1400 mm, columns with cross sections of 400x400 mm and 800x800 mm, walls with a thickness of 200 mm, capitals with a thickness of 400 mm and a width equal to ¼ of the span, a 400 mm thick stiffness belt, which is located along the perimeter of the building and an overlap with a thickness of 200 mm.In the research part, the application of trunk-shell, trunk-wall and frame-trunk systems for a high-rise building is considered. They are аanalyzed with each other according to the following characteristics: the force in the load-bearing structures, the stress-strain state, the consumption of concrete and reinforcement, the possibility of flexible layout, the actual deflection, the cost of erecting the frame in monetary and human equivalent. The obtained research results can contribute to the choice of a constructive system based on the results obtained.The result of the work done on writing the final qualification work is the project documentation for the construction of a high-rise apartment-hotel building with a frame-trunk structural system. |
