Popis:	The magnetic properties of the Fe compounds in which high-spin-low-spin transitions are induced thermally and by pressure are studied theoretically by considering the coupling of Fe ions with molecular distortions as a driving force for the transitions. Various types of magnetism may occur with variation of the coupling strength.
