РаÑÑÑиÑаÑÑ ÑÑоимоÑÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑÑÑкÑии The work presents the sections of design documentation for the construction of an office building in accordance with RF Government Decree No 87 of February 16, 2008, and technical specifications. The following sections have been elaborated: scheme of the land plot planning organization, architectural and space planning solutions, construction solutions, construction organization design, construction processes technology, measures for provision of fire safety, measures for provision of access for the disabledand estimates for construction of capital construction.The purpose of this work, in addition to the development of sections of the design documentation for the construction of a high-rise business center with an underground parking lot and the device of the enclosing structure of the system of facade spider glazing.The tasks that were solved in the course ofthestudy: 1.Perform a literature review on the topic of the study 2.Study glazing options used in the construction of unique buildings in the XXIcentury; 3.Perform modeling of glazing in the Autodesk Revit 2020 program; 4.Calculate the heat loss of the building; 5.Calculate the construction cost. |
